What's your vision for 2020?

January is Get Organized (GO) Month

Of course, it is! Many believe that January is the perfect time to reprioritize, declutter, and get organized. But the truth is, January is a difficult time of year to start a new practice. Most of us are exhausted after the holiday season— a 5-6 week period where our sleep, nutrition, and schedules are out of sorts. It takes time to get our lives back on track, so the first thing we shouldn’t do is place unrealistic expectations on ourselves for January 1st.

However, January can be the perfect month to set aside time for yourself, determine your values and vision for the upcoming year, and develop a support structure to help you achieve whatever your heart desires.
